Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
Para 5 of the impugned order is reproduced below:- "5.
Applicants in para 5 of application alleged that after said incident on number of times they had requested police authority to record their statements but police avoided on one pretext or the other and did not record their statements. In spite of it the applicants did not make any complaint to S.P. or approach to the court when charge sheet was filed. Surprisingly they kept mum for long period of 7 years and suddenly emerged when case is part heard."
I am satisfied that the impugned order is
legal, correct and proper.
Rejected.
