Learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the charge has been framed, one accused has been released on bail and, therefore, these two accused are also entitled to be released on bail. Having examined the issue, I think, since the charge has already been framed, the trial should be expedited instead of ordering release of applicants on bail. Hence, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application Nos.108/2015 and 290/2015 are rejected.

(ii) The trial court shall expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
