By this application, respondent nos.1 and 4 are seeking directions to the Registry to deposit the amount in the account of respondent Nos.1 and 4. 3.

By order dated 14/12/2022, this Court has allowed respondent Nos.1 and 4 to withdraw 25% of the amount with accrued interest, however the Registry has raised an objection that there is no specific directions to disburse the amount equally out of said 25% of the compensation amount.

The Registry to disburse the amount equally to respondent Nos.1 and 4.
