Date : 9 th January, 2017 The only question involved is whether it is Survey No.6/1 which is converted into Gat No.16, or it is Survey No.6/1-A which is converted into Gat No.16. The plaintiff owns Survey No.6/1-A, and the defendant No.3 owns Survey No.6/1 are not the facts in dispute. The certificate at Exhibit 17 issued by the Consolidation Officer shows that it is Survey No.6/1-A which is converted into Gat No.16.

No substantial question of law arises for consideration. The second appeal is dismissed.
