On 16th February, 2022, this Court in the present offence, granted anticipatory bail to the main accused, who is a trader. I am of the opinion as the co-accused was granted anticipatory bail, the applicant is entitled for parity. The applicant is a Manager, working with the co-accused, who has been granted bail.

In that view of the matter, I pass the following order.

ORDER

i.

The application is allowed.

ii.

It is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail in Crime No. 0626/2021, registered with Police Station,

2 15-aba123-22 Umarkhede, District Yavatmal, dated 4th December, 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467 and read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R.Bond of Rs.15,000/- with solvent surety of like amount.

iii) The application is accordingly disposed of.
