This is an application seeking to bring on record the legal heirs of the original Appellant, who passed away on 23.08.2020 during pandemic.

Ms Udeshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents No.1 and 2 as well as Shri Kadu, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 have no objection, if the application is allowed.

Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application, let the legal heirs of original Appellant stated on pages 3 and 4 of the application be brought on record and the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The civil application accordingly stands disposed. 4.

List the matter on 18.10.2022.
