By this application, the applicants seek permission to file civil appeal as indigent persons in the larger interest of justice on the ground that the applicants are the claimants in respect of death of one Ramchandra Kamble who met with railway accident while he was travelling by Train No.PPII Parli - Purna Passenger from Gangakhed to Parbhani and died on the spot. Since it was untoward accident, the Railway Department is liable to pay the compensation. Applicant No.1 wife and Nos.2 to 5 the minor children of the deceased, belong to labour class. Applicant Nos.6 and 7, father and mother, are unable to work. Since landless, they are provided government accommodation. All the applicants are dependents .....2/-

Considering as above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed as prayed for Leave to file appeal is allowed.
