2) In view of the above, the respondents shall not proceed against the petitioner by way of an interim arrangement. 3) Mr.Mohta, learned counsel, waives service of notice for respondents.

4) To be listed along with Writ Petition No.5555/2024. CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.323/2025 1) This is an application seeking amendment to the petition. It is contended that the date of notice has been incorrectly mentioned due to a typographical mistake, and

2 39-wp 367.2025.doc therefore, the petitioner wants to correct the same, to which learned counsel for respondents has no objection. 2) Having considered the reasons stated in the application and no objection from the learned counsel for respondents, the application is allowed as prayed. 3) The amendment be carried out within two weeks, and an amended copy of the petition shall be supplied to the other side within one week thereafter.
