By this application, the Investigating Officer has sought extension of two months for filing charge-sheet in Crime No.54 of 2016. It is stated that by order dated 21st December 2020 this Court had directed the Investigating Agency to file charge-sheet within one month. Since the period of one month was over the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Arni refused to accept the charge-sheet. Shri T.A.Mirza, learned A.P.P. stated that chargesheet is ready and can be filed immediately. The Investigating Agency is permitted to file charge-sheet in relation to Crime No.54 of 2016, till 15th March 2021.
