2) The issue raised in the petition is in relation to the entitlement of promotion to the Graduate Teachers. 3) The applicants/intervenors appears to be a Post Graduate Trained Teachers and they are claiming that their right of promotion will be adversely affected, in case the petition is allowed.

4) As such, we deem it appropriate to allow the present application, as they are appears to be an appropriate party to the petition. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks.

5) We permit newly added respondents to file their reply-affidavit within a period of four weeks. 6) Stand over to 29/04/2024.
