In view of the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in Latika Rajaram Mane vs. State of Maharashtra and others, [2013(4) Mh.L. J. 244] and the learned Single Judge of this Bench in the matter of Parwa Education Society and another vs. Suresh s/o Govindrao Bhure and others [2022(5) Mh. J. J. 235] since the petitioner has an alternate remedy of preferring an appeal, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with permission to the petitioner to take recourse to alternate remedy of appeal before the School Tribunal.

Time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be considered, in case the issue of limitation crops up. 4.

Needless to state that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter.

Further, having regard to the time of almost six years spent in pursuing the petition before the High Court, in case if the petitioner prefers an appeal, we expect the same to be decided within a period of six months from the date of completion of service of appeal on the respondents.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
