DATED : JUNE 21, 2016.
Heard.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri A.S. Fulzele for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that the order has been complied with.
The civil application for amendment has been moved by the petitioner. We find that effort is to challenge the consequential order, after directions of this Court, on merits. Such an exercise cannot be undertaken in contempt jurisdiction. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings challenging that order, we dispose of the contempt petition. No costs.
In view of disposal of the contempt petition, civil application is also disposed of.
