Considering the facts of the case and the defence of the appellant-Insurance Company, the respondent nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw Rs.6,00,000/- from the amount deposited by the appellant before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. The respondent nos.1 to 3 be given amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each as per proportion determined by the Tribunal. The balance amount be continued in fixed deposit as per the impugned award. Respondent no.4 is granted liberty to make application for withdrawal, if so advised, after attaining majority. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. JUDGE Wadkar
