By this application, the applicant seeks to stay execution and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 25th October, 2018 passed by M.A.C.T., Amravati in M.A.C.P. No.413/2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount as per the impugned judgment has been deposited before this Court.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.
