We direct Shri G. A. Kunte, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Nagpur Improvement Trust to seek the original record in the matter of decision making process for perusal of the Court. 6.

The interim order passed earlier shall remain continued until further orders. We further direct that the order of regularisation be not given effect in any manner whatsoever.
