The petitioners have approached this Court being aggrieved by the order vide which the plot allotted to them has been changed and some other plot has been allotted to them. The petitioners have been allotted the plot under the scheme of rehabilitation of project affected persons. The petitioners cannot claim as a matter of right that they are entitled to a particular plot.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference. The petition is rejected.
