DATE : February 26, 2019 The prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that in First Appeal No.477 of 2017, which arises from similar acquisition proceeding, this Court has permitted the claimants therein to withdraw 80% of the amount of compensation as deposited subject to filing of usual undertaking. In that view of the matter, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount of compensation subject to filing of an undertaking in this Court stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be re-deposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct. Remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit.

Civil Application is disposed of.
