The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 2036 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 10/04/2013 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.775/2006. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant will not claim interest for the delayed period i.e. 2036 days.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
