2) He would claim that in case, if any fresh action is initiated against the petitioners pursuant to the outcome of the Special Leave Petition, which is said to be pending before the Apex Court as reflected in the compliance affidavit, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach afresh. 3) As such we grant liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh, in case of accrual of fresh cause of action.
