By filing of the present proceeding under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Applicant is challenging the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by the Appellate Authority under the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

The learned Counsel for Applicant submitted that the Appeal challenging the externment proceeding is still pending before the Appellate Authority. 3.

In that view of the matter, we refrain ourselves from exercising inherent jurisdiction and the application is therefore disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to agitate all his grievance before the Appellate Authority.
