Applicant/respondent no.1 has filed this application to direct the appellant to deposit the remaining awarded amount, along with interest, in this court. In response, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with the interest in the court and accordingly has filed Pursis dated 25.04.2024 and therefore, submitted that the application became infructuous. 3.

Having considered the said submission, Pursis and the fact that on 03.05.2024, the amount of Rs. 3,66,241/- has been credited in the bank account of the Court, it seems that the application becomes infructuous. In view of the same, the application is dismissed as infructuous.

Applicant/respondent No. 1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount of Rs. 4,45,014/- deposited by the appellant, along with interest accrued thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, as prayed. 4.

Registrar(J) is directed to transmit the said amount in the bank account of the applicant, within six weeks, on his furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.
