At the outset, learned counsel Shri C.H. Sharma for the applicant submits that this is a second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. His first bail application vide Criminal Application (BA) No.1215/2017 was withdrawn on 21.12.2017 since this Court was not inclined to grant the bail. Therefore, learned counsel submits that there is no change in circumstance after the order dated 21.12.2017, till today. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn. JUDGE !! BRW !!
