The learned advocate for the appellant filed Pursis No.4 of 2024 and submitted that, parties are settled the dispute outside the Court. They have filed the H.M.P. No.201 of 2024 in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur for mutual divorce. The decree for dissolution vide judgment and decree dated 03.09.2024 is placed on record. The learned advocate for the appellant therefore submitted that he has instruction to withdraw the appeal.
