After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Such liberty cannot be granted considering the pendency of the matter before the trial Court. At the most, the trial Court can be directed to expedite the trial. 6.
The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
7.
The trial Court shall expedite the trial.
