The applicants have filed this application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Shri N.R. Saboo, learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide judgment dated 01.10.2019, the present appeal was dismissed. In view of the said judgment, he prays that the applicants may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant/insurance company.

Shri D.N. Kukday, learned counsel for the appellant/insurance company submits that he has no instructions about filing of Special Leave Petition in the matter and therefore, he has no objection if the present application is allowed.

In view of the fact that the appeal was dismissed vide judgment dated 01.10.2019, the present application is
