The present writ petition is not yet admitted and by way of amendment, the petitioner wants to add certain grounds. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the amendment application is allowed.

Accordingly, the amendment application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.
