Learned counsel for applicant seeks withdrawal of this application since applicant has already approached to the Sessions Court as charge-sheet has been filed.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that there was miss-communication therefore, in earlier point of time, he was not made aware about filing of bail application before the Sessions Court.

Pursis for withdrawal has been filed on record. Since it is bonafide statement, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to prosecute the pending bail application before the Sessions Court.
