By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act.

The respondent No.1 has not controverted the statement made in the application despite being duly served. The application is also not objected by respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay. The delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
