The applicants herein had sought to condone the delay in removing office objections.

Learned Counsel for the applicants states that office objections have already been removed. Hence, the application stands disposed of.

Civil Application (CAF) Stamp No.12696/2017 The applicants have sought to condone the delay of 704 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 17/04/2015 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.240/2005. For the reasons stated in the said application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within two weeks.

The civil application stands disposed of.

2/2 Civil Application (CAF) Stamp No.12698/2017 Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the principal amount has been deposited before the Reference Court and balance amount will be deposited before this Court within four weeks.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the next date of hearing.

First Appeal Stamp No.12693/2017 Learned Counsel for respondent No.1 states that the matter is covered by judgment dated 29/08/2019 in First Appeal No.779/2017.

In view of the said statement, parties are put to notice that an endeavor will be made to dispose of the appeal finally at the stage of admission.
