This is an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking bail, since appellant is arrested in connection with Crime No.352 of 2020 dated 05.06.2020 registered with Police Station, Katol, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 201, 313, 315, 316, 318, 506, 376(2)(d), 376(2)(f), 376(2)(j), 376(2)(l), 376(2)(n) and 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 4, 6, 17 and 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, under Sections 3(1)(w)(i) (ii), 3(2)(v) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and under Sections 92(b), 92(d) and 92(f) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act.

Mirza and after perusing the chargesheet and reply, when the Court was about to dismiss the appeal, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he be permitted to withdraw this appeal.
