Civil Application (CAF) no.883/2023 This application is filed by the appellant for stay to the effect, implementation and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.4.2022 passed by 5th Joint Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No.24/2015.

(2) 42.caf.882.2023 On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest including the statutory benefit within ten weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.4.2022 passed by 5th Joint Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No.24/2015, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within the above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
