DATED : 14th June, 2016 C.A.O.NO. 494/2016 Heard. Perused the contents of the Application. Though the learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer made in the Application, for the reasons stated in the Application, the delay in filing the Family Court Appeal is condoned.

Civil Application is allowed and disposed of F.C.A.(St.) No. 3342/2016 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the parties state that there is a likelihood of the settlement of the matter through the intervention of the Mediator. The learned counsel state that a Mediator be appointed in this case. Hence, we request Smt. Ujwala Patil,

The parties undertake to appear before the Mediator in the Mediation Centre in the High Court premises, on 1st July 2016.

Stand over to 1 st August, 2016, for further consideration.
