Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that chargesheet will be filed within one week and that custody of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of above, leaned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that the interim relief granted may be confirmed so that the applicant will approach the trial Court for appropriate remedy and that he shall do so within two weeks of filing the charge-sheet.

The interim relief granted on 09.02.2023 is accordingly confirmed as prayed for. The relief shall continue for a period of two weeks after filing of charge-sheet.
