In appeal filed by the appellants, the matter has been settled for Rs.7,50,000/- as a compensation to be paid by the Insurance Company, which has been deposited by the Insurance Company in the Court. Since the office has raised objection with regard to apportionment amongst the appellants, hence, the matter is listed before this Court.

Perusal of the impugned award goes to show that appellant No.3 has not been granted any compensation since she was married at the time of passing of the award. The appellant Nos.4 and 5 were given Rs.25,000/- each which is approximately 14% of the total compensation amount. In that ratio, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each shall be given to appellant Nos.4 and 5 and remaining amount shall be given to the appellant Nos.1 and 2 with accrued proportionate interest.

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
