In pursuance of notice issued to the nonapplicants, today mother of non-applicant no.2 namely Shalu Wamanrao Zade, who is ordered to be added non-applicant no.3 to the present application, appears in-person, since she had received notice sent by the prosecution.

On appearance, she states that she requires legal assistance, since she is not able to afford to engage Advocate at her costs.

We therefore, direct the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur to provide legal aid to the non-applicant no.3 - mother of non-applicant no.2.
