This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application for bringing her legal representatives on record, setting aside abatement as also permission to bring legal representatives on record. The appeal is of the year 2023, the delay is properly explained and it has not hampered further progress of the appeal.

In view of the aforesaid, the delay is condoned, abatement of appeal against appellant No.1(e) is set aside and permission is granted to bring legal representatives of appellant No.1(e) on record.
