caw512.13 Razzak S/o Abdul Kadar and three other persons. In this situation, words "proposed intervenor", as appearing in second line at Page No.6 of Judgment dated 13.2.2013 in Writ Petition No.4474 of 2012, are substituted by words "against intervenor".

The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed.
