DATED : 27/02/2019 The petitioner has challenged the award passed by the Co-operative Court in a dispute under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. Section 97 of the Act of 1960 provides for appeal to challenge the award passed in dispute under Section 91 of the Act of 1960. As statutory remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, if so advised. No costs. JUDGE Ansari
