Heard.

2] The challenge is to the order of the learned Magistrate of granting interim maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month to the respondent 1 - wife.

3] The order of the Magistrate dated 14.02.2018 was challenged in Criminal Revision 16 of 2018 which is dismissed by judgment dated 08.01.2019.

4] The learned counsel for respondent 1 - wife states that the judicial order is not complied with and maintenance of Rs.40,000/- approximately is unpaid. 5] Writ jurisdiction of this Court would not ordinarily be exercised at the instance of a person who has refused to comply with the judicial order.

wp123.19.O.odt 6] In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.40,000/- in the Registry of this Court, within seven days.

7] If the amount is not deposited within seven days the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to Court.

8] If the amount is deposited of Rs.40,000/- within a week, list the admission for further hearing on 26.06.2019.
