ATED : 14th February, 2020 Heard learned Advocates of both sides. Perused the contents of the FIR lodged by wife of applicant no.9 against her husband as well as other family members. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.10/2020 dated 5.2.2020 registered at Police Station Mahila,Dist.Tonk (Rajasthan), for the alleged offences punishable under sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants apprehending arrests, have approached this court seeking transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks so as to enable them to approach appropriate court. Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The applicants are granted transit bail for a period of three weeks. The applicants shall not be arrested for a period of three weeks so as to enable them to approach the appropriate court for seeking appropriate relief, on the following terms and conditions:-

14.02ABA.93.20 i) In the event of arrest, the applicants shall be enlarged on transit bail for a period of three weeks from today, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii) During this period the applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders. iii) It is made clear that this Court has not considered the application on merits and the Court which is seized of the matter, shall decide the application seeking pre-arrest bail, if filed, on its own merit in accordance with law.

iv) Humdast allowed. The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
