In the order dated 17.1.2018, this Court had in paragraphs 4 and 5 observed as under :

"4.

In relation to recovery to be effected from Ex-Chief Officers or Ward Members, he submits that from Ex-chief officers, an amount of about Rs.2,25,000/- has bee recovered and from others recovery is ongoing. As the then Chief Officers were employees of State Government, the Tahsildar of concerned places have been requested to effect recovery.

We direct respondent nos.1 to 4 to issue necessary direction to concerned Tahsildars to

expedite the recovery."

It is informed to us that the Tahsildar is taking steps to recover the amount from the former Chief Officers. The process of recovery be completed within a period of three months from today, and an affidavit be filed before this Court.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. However for compliance of the order, place the matter after three months.
