DATED : APRIL 1, 2021 Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

At the outset, Mr. Rai, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in view of filing of the chargesheet by the prosecuting agency, he wishes to withdraw the present application, in order to file an application for regular bail before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for bail afresh before the trial Court in view of filing of the charge-sheet. If bail application is filed, the learned Judge before whom such an application is filed, shall decide the same, in accordance with law.
