INDIRA JAIN, JJ DATED : 31 st August, 2016 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the action on the part of the respondents of issuing the charge sheet against the petitioner. The petitioner had also sought a stay of the inquiry that was initiated in pursuance of the issuance of the charge sheet.

During the pendency of this writ petition, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents continued to conduct the inquiry against the petitioner and it is informed that on the culmination of the inquiry, a minor punishment is imposed upon the petitioner.

In view of the subsequent developments, the cause for filing this writ petition would not survive. If the petitioner is desirous of challenging the order of punishment, she is free to do so.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs . The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
