This application is taken out for condonation of delay of 48 days in filing application for leave to appeal. Perusal of the application reveals that the delay is caused due to the sad demise of the learned counsel who was representing the applicant - original complainant. In view of the reasons pleaded, the delay is condoned. The application for grant of special leave be listed for admission.
