DATED : 24-10-2016 This Court issued notice on 06-03-2013. Because of the order directing issuance of notice, it is considered that this Court has taken cognizance of this contempt petition.

After arguing for sometime and considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to initiate proceedings against the respondents for forgery and cheating and to initiate execution proceedings for recovery of the amount, with interest.

As there is nothing on record to show that cognizance of the grievance of the petitioner is taken, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt

2 cp58.13 petition. The petitioner will be at liberty to take up proceedings according to law.

The contempt petition is disposed accordingly. The parties to bear their own costs.
