The learned counsel for the respondents raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner can as well challenge the order dated 09.01.2015 in an original application before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for redressal of the grievance. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
