By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation/modification of condition No.(D) of order dated 17/07/2021, by which the applicant was directed to attend the office of Economic Offences Wing, Civil Lines, Nagpur on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the completion of the trial.

As per the contents of the application, investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is already filed, further indulgence of the present applicant is not necessary at the Police Station.

Learned APP strongly opposed the application on the ground that attendance of the applicant is required and prays for rejection of the application.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State, perused the record. The investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is already rkn

Considering the fact that, now the investigation is completed and the regular attendance of the applicant is not required.

In view of that, the condition No. (D) is modified as follows:- "Applicant shall attend the office of Economic Offences Wing as and when required for any further investigation purpose."
