In a matter arising out of the proceedings between the same parties, this Court has already issued a direction to the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the proceedings pending before him as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year.
Mr. Mahesh Masodkar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents, in order to kill the time, are taking adjournments after adjournments and not permitting the proceedings to go on.
We direct the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur Region, Nagpur to proceed in the matter as expeditiously as possible. It is made
2 03.08.wp.1779.15. clear that if any of the parties are seeking adjournment, the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner shall not grant the same on mere asking and also draw an adverse inference against them.
With the above direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
