DATED : FEBRUARY 13, 2020 Heard Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for applicant. At the outset, Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for applicant, would submit that he wishes to withdraw the present application since he did not file an application for bail before the trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file an application for bail afresh before the trial Court, in view of filing of the charge-sheet subsequently.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file bail application, afresh before the trial Court, in view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of the charge-sheet.
