APRIL 24, 2025 Challenge is to the stay order granted by the School Tribunal.

2] The learned Counsels for the parties jointly submit that purpose of filing the petition will be served if the School Tribunal is directed to expedite the appeal for decision on merits. Till then, the impugned order may be continued.

3] The request being reasonable, is accepted.

The School Tribunal is requested to take up the appeal and decide the same as expeditiously as possible. Pending appeal, order dated 7/5/2024, by which the petitioner's services were terminated, stands stayed.

4] The parties shall appear before the School Tribunal on scheduled date.

5] The petition is disposed of in above terms.

No costs.
